I’m a Senior Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and an Associate Member of the Institute of Group Analysis. I offer both individual therapy and low-cost group therapy.

I aim to make therapy accessible and affordable to as many people as possible, and low cost therapy is available.

My initial training was a PGDip in Psychodynamic Counselling (with Distinction). Subsequently, I completed the Institute of Group Analysis’ diploma course in London, leading to group-work practitioner status.

Before training, I originally studied the French horn at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Alongside my clinical work, I'm also a published and produced playwright.
